Get branding settings

GET /v1/org/branding Returns the current branding configuration for your organization, including the maximum retention period allowed by your plan. Response

Update branding settings

PUT /v1/org/branding Updates your organization’s branding configuration. Requires an active subscription. All fields are optional — only provided fields are updated. Request body

Number of days to retain session data. Cannot exceed maxRetentionDays for your plan.
Responses
  • 200 — Settings updated. Returns the updated branding object (same shape as the GET response).
  • 400 — Invalid request body, or retentionDays exceeds the plan limit. Error message includes the maximum allowed value.
  • 402 — Subscription inactive or trial expired.
